The 2025 Fall Membership Meeting/Elections is scheduled for Sunday, October 19th at 10:00 AM.  It will be held in the clubhouse at the Chanhassen AutoMotorPlex located at 1740 Motorplex Court, Light snacks, coffee, orange juice and water will be provided.  Thank you to club members Steve & Pam Flaten for arranging our use of the clubhouse!  

Please register on the website‘s event calendar for this meeting by Wednesday, October 15th so that we have an idea of how many will be attending to help plan for set up.

CLUB MERCHANDISE
Our Merchandise Coordinators, John and Kelly Schumacher, will have club merchandise onsite for purchase. Be sure to look for discounted pricing on select merchandise! Please note there will not be a merchandise swap at this meeting so do not bring your used club merchandise. Watch for merchandise swap opportunities at future meetings!

GUEST SPEAKER
In addition to our regular club business and elections, we’ll be having a guest speaker from the Ronald McDonald House Community Engagement and Outreach department. They’ll be sharing information on their programs that donations made to Ronald McDonald House through our website help to support.
ELECTIONS
Our club by-laws require us to hold elections in October, with the elected board member‘s term of office starting on November 1st.

Halloween with a Miata!

This year we are going to repeat the Halloween party of 2023, when we had a group of 40 Participants. Join your fellow club members.

Date and Time: Saturday November 1, 2025, at 5:00 for the social hour and 6:00 pm for a Halloween party and dinner. This allows you to utilize and recycle all those costumes you put together for previous years for Halloween or the past spring and fall Rally‘s Go wild and enjoy the company.

Location: Chanhassen AutoMotorPlex 1740 Motorplex Court,Chanhassen, MN 55317

Food: A Mr. Pig Stuff BBQ buffet will be provided. Including pulled pork, chicken, ribs, coleslaw, corn muffins and mashed potatoes and dessert We will provide soft drinks and water, but if you would like your favorite adult Beverage, please feel free to bring it with you.

The cost for dinner: Will be $33.00 person. If you would like to attend, please register online in the club Events website by October 14, 2025.

Board of Directors 2025 Holiday Brunch
We will be celebrating our 2025 Holiday Brunch at the Ridges At Sand Creek
Location: Ridges At Sand Creek, 21775 Ridges Dr, Jordan, MN 55352
Date and Time: Sunday, December 7th, 2025, 10:00am to 12:30pm
Food: We‘ll be gathering for some socializing at 10:00am followed by the Ridges At Sand Creek brunch buffet that includes a waffle bar, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, cheesy potatoes, and fresh fruit starting around 10:45am. Non-alcoholic beverages (soda, coffee, iced tea, lemonade) are included.
Alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase on your own.
Cost of the Buffet: $26 per person. Tax and gratuity are included.
Registration: Please register and make your payment on the club’s website by November 29th.
The Board of Directors continues to support Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest as our club’s designated charity. For those who wish to participate, donations can be made by credit card directly and securely to Ronald Mcdonad House on the club’s website by clicking Ronald McDonald House under the Member Info tab. Donations made through the link will be noted as a club member donation coming through the Miata Club of Minnesota and you will receive an emailed tax receipt. For those who choose not to donate by credit card through the website’s link, gift cards and checks (payable to RMHC-UM) will be collected at the brunch. A tax donation receipt will be mailed to you from Ronald McDonald House. Thank you to all who supported our collection last year!
