Spring Rally 2025 Release Agreement
By registering and paying for this event, I and my guests agree to NOT hold the Miata Club of Minnesota or its officers liable (personally and professionally) for any accident/damage that may occur to me or my auto during events. I accept full responsibility for my actions. If I have an accident or damage, I agree to settle the dispute only with the individual person directly involved in the accident or damage. The Miata Club of MN and its officers accept no responsibility either personally or professionally for any accident or damage that might occur during the current membership period. Members may bring a non-member guest, however as per club operating instructions, non-members may not drive at the rally.
