Spring Membership Meeting hosted by Board of Directors
The Board of Directors invite all existing and prospective members to our Spring Membership Meeting on Sunday, April 19th at 10:00 AM at the Chanhassen AutoPlex Clubhouse, 1740 Motorplex Court, Chanhassen, MN. Thank you to club members Steve and Pam Flaten for arranging our use of the clubhouse!
Coffee, water, orange juice, and breakfast pastries will be provided.
Business Meeting: We will review the 2025 season, the 2026 event calendar, club financial information, proposed updates to club bylaws, and any new business. The agenda and reports will be available soon on the web site to download and print - please review these beforehand to help our meeting run as effectively as possible. Please note that to save costs, printed copies of the agenda and reports will not be provided at the meeting.
Club Merchandise Directors John and Kelly Schumacher will have club clothing and other items available onsite for purchase to help you to get ready and looking sharp for the upcoming driving season.
Registration: This event is open to all existing and prospective members. There is no fee to attend this event.
